Synopsis
The magical stories of A Thousand
and One Nights come alive as the beautiful newlywed, Scheherazade (Mili
Avital) tries to keep her husband, the powerful and handsome Sultan (Dougray
Scott), from executing her. By telling him a different story each night,
she is able to put off her execution another day. All the stories you thought
you knew are spun to life: Aladdin (Jason Scott Lee) and the Genie (John
Leguizamo); Ali Baba (Rufus Sewell) and the forty Thieves; and, Black Coda
(Tcheky Karyo). Eventually, these stories not only win her freedom, but
the sultan's heart as well. (ABC)
Oded's role
Scheherazade starts
with the story of Ali Baba and the forty thieves. In this episode Oded
Fehr plays thief #2. You can see him in the background a few times and
he even has a few lines, but his role is actually very small.
